Question about mold on drivers side floor, and sunroof.

I can buy an 89 lxi for real cheap but it has alot of mold on the drivers side floor, and i believe the sunroof might leak. Is the leaky sunroof fixable (like what needs to get replaced) and where would the water on the floor be coming from? Is the floor underneath rusted? Would this be fixable? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

The how to on unplugging your sunroof drains is in the FAQ or How to. As for the floor, it's probably the plugged up roof. I reupholstered my whole upper half of the interior because there was a water stain from probably when the previous owner had a leaky sunroof.
