I read an article about Hondata systems for the B, C, D , F, and K engine management systems; my question is where can I get one for my '89 Lx-I?
I am in San Antonio btw...

You have an A series... search for an OBD-1 or OBD 1 Conversion on 3geez.
Then maybe you can use the F series engine management.

#3 is the closest you'll get (http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view/Library/ChippingAn88-89ECU) without converting completely to OBD-1.

It won't be worth much to you, at all. Our distributors are vacuum controlled. You're better off sticking with stock and using a piggyback AFC.

Which isn't saying much, but anyways. An OBD1 conversion would be the way to go. :welcome:

You can wire up an Apexi or comperable Air Fuel controller/computer.

That's about it.

I was proven wrong by Modified.. but the OBD-1 conversion makes it sound very worthwhile thanks for the effort people; regardless if it was shooting me down, it was useful AND needed. thanks
