b20a valve lash adjustment!!!!!

hey guys and gals, i did basic searching and didnt find much on the exact tolerances for adjusting my vavles. i finallly got by badass digital craftsman timing light with advance( tired of borrowing my freinds), i was wondering if any of you stock b20 owners can find me the adjustments. should be on the under hood label if you have a b20 stock. thanks

manual says .08 -.12mm inlet and .15-.20mm exhaust
thats 3-5 thou in and 5-8 thou ex
