Seems like the new RSX and Civic Si are already undergoing swaps. Well, in Sport Compact Car magazine anyway. I can't wait until they swap a K24 into an Si. Next gen CRVTEC = :bow:

Well, while were at it. One of GMs new ZL1 blocks, running alcohol with a 8-71 blower on it. Lenco clutchless tranny, with a built 9 inch.

oh shit someone started talking domestics to me. :)
imho the ultimate short drag setup is a 454 destroker (428 crank)
the shorter throw makes it rev FAST.. puts down as much low end power as a 454 but gets there a lot quicker. problem is it tops out kinda slow, only like 110 or so.. because the small crank makes it spin up so fast it has a lower speed redline in top gear. i know a dude that built one of these for his friend's chevelle, said it threw peeps against the seat w/ like 3 g's when he would floor it off the line.
as far as imports go, i dunno.. probably boosting either a crvtec or h23a/vtec would be the best high/low balanced powerbands. i can't wait to find out what someone will cook up when there's a little more aftermarket for those k series though.
