    Pcv black box hose

88 accord dx just made it over 500k miles. Had all the coolant lines rust out on my on the intake. Finally pulled it all off plugged all the coolant lines going to the intake and put it back together. The mustard of it is the weird “s” shaped hose that goes into the breather box by the oil filter broke off. My question is can I just thug it out without it? If it’s stinky or smokes I don’t care I just want to keep my hondeezy alive without pulling my intake back off. Any tips are appreciated

The intake side needs to be plugged. Put a filter on the valve cover and the black box. You can't drive if there is a vacuum leak, but the actual crankcase vents are fine going to atmosphere, but I got an oil analysis before I put a filter on the black box and there was more ring material in the oil than I'd like, so you should really make sure it's filtered. No unfiltered air should be going in the engine
