1983 Accord Need Help plz

Hi Every One , I have 1983 ACCORD and its really very good car , my dad has it since 1983 , and its like new except one thing , when accelerate with it , the engine seems that it give all power at 4000 rbm I cant go to +4000 rbm , the engine has 170000 Km on it , I Don't know what the problem is ?
any help will be very useful for me...

check all vac lines for leaks , that is always the first place to start cars this old

I think that the vacuum lines are ok , and I hope that someone can send for me a vacuum lines diagram because I'm really don't sure that vacuum lines are ok .
Can the fuel pump be the problem ?

you need to check your carburetor i have that problem before, i ended up changing the carburetor. i post some manual here but i dont remenber if it is the one of the vaccum lines
