need new tranny, 87 prelude si??

ok guys, i have a clicking noise coming from my manual transmission. The the tranny has 195k miles on it, while my new engine has 86k so i would like to replace it with a 87 honda prelude si tranny. I heard that these fit a20a3 engines, and give it better acceleration. I only need info on the best tranny to swap on my new engine.

The clicking sound could just be the throw-out bearing or something in the clutch as well. The 86-87 prelude si is the only only choice unless you want to build something.
