My car has a little over 190,000 mi, and when it hits about 55-60 mph, it starts to shift in and out of overdrive. It'll go back and forth about every 2 or 3 seconds, sometimes it lasts as long as 5-10 seconds before flipping back. This is really annoying when the speed limit is 55 and there's a cop behind me. What is causing this? Also, the transmission dipstick is still eluding me...maybe it's in a blind spot or something, but I just can't seem to find it. (ok, I know that last Q isn't a highly technical one or anything...)

here you go.

look to the right of the battery. you may have to move a few hoses out of the way.

to check the fluid... drive the car and warm it up. shut the car off and then remove the dipstick while the car is still hot. clean the dipstick good and then rest it in it's hole without screwing it back into place. then pull it up again to check the fluid level.

I had to move the coil casue the filter would pull the coil wire out of the distributor... and I didn't want to make the wire longer.
