Here is a few pics of my spoiler, put it on this past weekend... the only problem I have now is that the light on the dash that tells you if you have a brake light out is on. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.. http://dhcarss.homestead.com/files/dsc00148.jpg http://dhcarss.homestead.com/files/dsc00149.jpg

Damn, what a skanky-ass POS.... ;) :D

Looks good man; hey, you wanna sell that coupe to me, right? *nod*

As far as the brakelight, you probably bypassed the test circuit on the light. You may need to double wire the sucker. When I put mine on (which I might actually do this weekend), I'll take pics and show ya.

Thanks everyone, yes jigga225 I got hit about a month ago, that is what the sei in the back ground is for, parts! That is also how I bought my nitrous kit. :D I acually bought the spoiler from someone who use to post on here, It is a jsp spoiler for a 90 model accord. The coupe Is a friend that I work with, He just bought it, the front was gone when he bought it. Hey moon, since I took out the 3rd brake light in the window I also took out the socket, Does it need to see that socket? or is there something I might could put in line with the spoiler light? and si accord, We need to meet up... later

I think the reason why your (dummy brake light) light is on is becuase leds have less resistance than incadesant bulbs there for it thinks the bulb is blown.
you might be able to get around that if you leave the thrid brake light still hooked up or atleast the bulb in the socket.... hope this helps...

That's right... same applies with LED turn signals. The relay thinks my signal lights are blown and flashes REALLY fast, probably giving onlookers epileptic seizures.

Still working on a way to fix that :p

I just painted them, I tried to find the spray tint but was unable to find some so I just used black paint. I had to wet sand them alittle bit so that you can see them.. (got carried away) no problems yet, Ive even been pulled over and the cop said nothing about them. :D

Nice i had the same spoiler on my first accord coupe. I like how it fits as if it was for our year accords. I had the same problem with the brake light indicator and it could be fixed but i think it would be a hastle because you have to know the resistance of the LED light vs the stock. Plus you have to locate the resister that honda used to replace it. I would probably take out the indicator bulb myself because it would be the easiest.

Well I tried that, It is on a little circuit board in the dash, not just one little bulb like I thought it would be.... o well..

I have the same spoiler on my LXi coupe. That style looks sharp on our cars. I have the LED wired into the trailer wiring harness. I found it located on the upper right hand side in the trunk area behind the trunk liner. This way it's completely separate from the other lights so it doesn't set off the dummy light on the dash and the other third light works as well. At night there is no way you could miss seeing the brake lights light up.
