Do 3rd gen engines have a Timing Balancer Belt?

I know 4th gen Accords have both a timing belt and a Timing Balancer Belt. But, as far as I can tell from my Haynes manual, the 3rd gen only has one belt, the timing belt. Just seeking some confirmation of that.
