HEY fellas, I was wondering,
what is the difference between H4 headlights, H3 Headlights and ordinary stock standard headlights?

H-4 Is a bulb that goes into a housing. It has high and low beams.
H-3 is also a bulb which goes into a housing. This one is a single filament and is usually used in driving or fog lights.
The regular sealed lamps are just one big light bulb.
