I managed to get the emblems off of my 89 accord w/ no problem just used a knife to pry it off. On my 2002 Civic Si I need to find some way to get the dealer sticker off w/o f'king up my paint. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks!

Heat gently with a hair dryer. If the vinyl is in relatively good shape they should come off in one piece. If any adhesive is left behind you can use camping stove fuel (naptha) or mineral spirits (paint thinner) to remove it without damaging the paint.

Don't use laquer thinner, enamel reducer, or acetone, though!

I used goo gone to remove my stickers. Just peel up one corner just a little and let the goo gone soak up on it and the try to peel it off. They're a bitch though, to get it so it won't scratch the paint.

Sorry tu burst your bubble, I drive a 2002 Civic Si...I signed the papers at the dealership. It's a hatchback not a coupe. You're not the only one who's made this mistake. www.honda.com or do a search on www.yahoo.com

The sticker should come off with just a little heat since it is pretty new. Believe me, it will work.
