Need a pointer here on b20a tranny

I found a B20a Engine locally imported form japan with 50,000 miles on it but its and auto matic mated with it. So can i usea prelude tranny off a 88-91 SI or if not what else can be used?

No only the 2 different B20A tranny's will work and they are hard to come by. You should also get the B20 flywheel but as i said it will be very hard to find a 5spd.

The tranny must be from a B20a engined 86-89 accord or a B20a engined 2nd gen prelude.

The tranny from theB20a5 will NOT fit!!!!!!!!!

why not keeping auto trany, with 160 HP. i am sure it has nice pick up and go feel.

Only the B2K5 and F2K5 bolt up, but could a different tranny be made to work with a custom bell to fit the B20A?

86-87 lude Si manual tranny should bolt right up... b20a5/a3 and b21a1 transmissions will not bolt up, unless the b20a you found is for a 3g lude...
