If my needle isnt working, my Gas light will still come on when it gets low?

I'm thinking it does.

I also broke my coolant gauge needle... :(

I'll have to just check the radiator often untill i get a new Gauge.

It's not tricky, I had already took em off twice and this time they so happened to break, I took em off again becuase my coolant temp and fuel Guage wasnt working .

i believe there was a thread a long time ago about this here.. (well not too long ago maybe 6 mos.)

I believe we came to the concensus that it was either the bulb in the dash.. or there is a switch that isnt' working in the tank.. maybe not IN the tank, but it's under that cover plate.

Same here. I try to to push it past 400 miles and that seems to work ok.

i have never seen that light come on, and when i was trying to figure out what all the different prongs did on the back of my cluster all of my lights worked. It just never turned on, even when i ran out of gas.

 check the bulb and if that's not it it is the sender, it is in the same sender as the gauge unit. note/ check for corrosion at the plug where it plugs into the sender, it is exposed to the weather

Well, to deal with your gas guage, just refuel every 250-300 miles to be on the safe side. Sorry, I have no clue of what to do with the temperature guage.
