What is this tubing run? And, anyone have a spare coolant recovery tank filler cap?

Could someone tell me what is the tube that comes out from under the distributor straight towards the front of the car, then makes a 90° turn into the exhaust manifold. Back by the distributor, it's wrapped in a spiral with wire.

Also, I list my cap for the recovery tank. If anyone has an extra, that would be great...

A20A3 engine? then its probably the exhaust gas recirculation system, lowers the emission...
