One problem to the next. wont turn over

Starter went out on me, replaced starter still didnt crank. Fixed ground wire problem cranks but now wont turn over, when it was driving fine before starter problem. Checked the plugs and all good. Checked the fuel pump. Still good. Thought maybe it was the choke. Nope. What could be making crank but not turn over.

87 accord lx carb. This car....

I mean. It cranks and cranks but won't start. The fuel delivery is fine. And the spark plugs and all sparking. All I did was change the starter.

Well, you need fuel, spark and air to make the engine start. One of those is either missing or inadequate.
