I'm hoping to replace my stock Keihin carb with a 32/36 DGEV Weber carb in my 1988 Accord LX and I was wondering what I needed to do with all of the vacuum lines going to the stock carb. As far as I can tell the new carb only needs one or two, the vacuum advance and EGR. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Kill egr, it will make your swap way easier and cleaner. You only need to hook up purge valve if you want to keep the charcoal canister functioning, but it's not necessary either, I just did it to mine since I was bothered by the idea of having my gas tank blow. Lostforawhile helped me figure out how to hook it up in my weber thread.

Fyi, I 2nd the 32/36... I got the 38/38, but my mpg went straight to hell after that.

Oh, and try to remove the stock vac lines & black box as a single piece, its a bit harder, but you will need some of the long pieces of tubing to make new lines, like to the vac advance on the dizzy, etc.

Oh, and you won't have to cut modify the intake manifold either... I had to do that and my dremel is ruined because of that little exercise... (facepalm)
