High idle

My 88 accord idle really high. It's always between 2-3 while I'm driving at about 30-50 mph. Has anyone else had this problem and wat could it be?

Clean your Idle Air control valve. Clean your throttle body. There is a idle adjustment screw on the top of the throttle body that you can adjust the idle when the car is warmed up.
