B20 parts in A18

I've read somewhere that a lot of the engine internals that are in the B20s are interchangeable with A18s. Is this true? Might be easier finding B20 parts than A18s.

Oh, ok. The main thing that I'm having trouble finding is the cam.

There are no off the shelf performance cams available. You have to send in a used cam and have it reground. Fortunately A18 and A20 cams are completely interchangeable. Easiest thing to do is pull one from a junkyard. 83-87 Prelude, or 86-89 Accord. Any one will work. Then send in to one of these companies: (Delta is the cheapest by far)

i hope you first upgrade your intake and your exhaust to benefit the cam
