I fliped the lid last tuesday. i have K&N filter.
Well, i could feel the power loss from 4500 to 6000.
But i felt a lot stronger at lower RPMs. I think it is good for all around driving but not for racing.
i fliped the lid back and i got power back at high RPMs. :D i don't have the plastic hose that goes from lid to the fender.

and after i flipied the lid i noticed that my temperature gauge went down a lot. it was showing that my car is running cooler that before. Did this happed to anyone who fliped the lid?
I just thought i may share with you guys.
may be it works great on your car guys but my car didn't like it.

I flipped my lid back over just yesterday because it started to rain and I don't have my wiper nozles in right now, so the rain could have gotten into the carb. Since I flipped my lid back to the original position I can totally feel the difference. It feels as though she is suffucating.

I normally keep my lid flipped cause the temp is always nice in NC, but when I went up to Virginia Tech I decided to flip it back over just in case. I didn't want anything happening on a trip away from home. I noticed a bad loss in power. Flipping the lid really does help a lot!
