After 15 years with at least one 3rd generation Accord it's time for me to make room in the garage.

I am the second owner of a 1989 LXi Hatchback 5-speed. Completely original body--no wrecks.

Improvements:
SEi rear disc brakes
88-89 LXi sedan alloy wheels
Baffled oil pan
Center armrest
Koni red shocks
H&R springs
Energy urethane shift bushings
Madico 35% tint all side and rear windows
Curt class 1 (1.25") hitch receiver (occasionally used to tow light utility trailer)
Sony CD/MP3/USB receiver
Newer Pioneer 6.5" speakers
Full size-matching spare

The paint is somewhat oxidized on the horizontal surfaces.

In the past several years this car has been to Maine and Denver without much trouble. I'd drive it across the country tomorrow with confidence.

Fram engine air filter (CA6304)
Honda intake manifold gasktet
Assorted Honda oil seals
Oil pan gasket (PN 16548)
Axle nut
Prop rod clip (PN 90677-SE0-003)
Stant fuel cap (PN 11810)
Stant radiator cap with lever (PN 11329)
5 Honda/NGK BPR6EY-11 spark plaugs (Honda PN 98079-56146)


Used parts:
complete set of factory shocks and bumpstops, good used condition, pulled to install Konis
89 fuel injected distributor, pulled from yard as spare, unknown condition
88-89 black emission box
NGK ignition wire set
3540 brake proportioning valve
Steering shaft u-joint
89 fuel injector set - some have minor leak at plastic/metal interface
idle control valves
