My under body neon kit is on its way to me i should have it just before or just after newyears. I have wanted a neon kit ever since i first seen one and i dont know of any outher 3 geez with one. If someone has one can u post pix or e-mail them to me at [email protected] . by the way their blue and i only paid $180.00 canadian and the are remote from like 100 ft away with means their good for like 20 ft he he .

I got one, it was kind of a bitch to install. Easy except for finding a way threw the firewall for the switch and I had to take off my splash guard to mount the front one

well im almost done my performance... i just need a new cam... then next spring im gonna put all my carb stuff on the low mile Lude engine and drop it in... its gonna be sweet!

mike i can see if i can find you a cam at the wreckers. i found accordster 1 already and i found 1 for myself also.

yeah i just read that you have a lx. a carbed cam is easy to find at a pick-n-pull near me. its about $33 shipped to yasu for the group buy. i get the part for 19 then i send it to yasu for the cheapest 5-7 day ground rate. which equalls 32.50 exact. i shipped accordsters out already.

this brings up a good question. does the cam u get have to be from a carbed engine if urs is or can it be one from a FI engine? im wondering if their the same?

no need to get past the fire wall for me my neon kit has a remote no toggel switch works from like 100 ft so i just hook it up right to the battery and i have a hole in fire wall from power wire

i can get a kit like that from wal mart... they are very cool and thats how im wiring my kit whenever i get it.. plus u can hook up ur foglights to it aswell...
it is very usefull for finding ur car

they little remote thing is 40 bucks... it is supposed to be for turning on ur fog lights so u dont have to wire a switch...

Tip for all you guys that don't know it. All states are different, but I would check your local laws on neon lights. I have a red set and in my town that's perfectly legal except for the front light. Red lights on the front = illegal. Fortunately I live in a small town where the hicks run around with open headers and nobody cares, but I would check your laws just to keep yourself away from a ticket. In my town it's $95.

the local cops in my area give me crap about it too, i just play dum and they write me fix-it tix... Oh well. The best (brightest Kits) ive seen are Street glow Gold series and Reactor kits too. I have a reactor kit and its soo freaking bright. I busted one ofthe side tubes a while ago tho, at least the kits are cheap (got mine for less than $100)
