Ok I bought two Rockford Fosgate Subwoofers with a box. Iam hoping to sell them, but if I don't I want to hook them up in my car. They are 200watts. What kind of Amp do you guys suggest? I don't wanna spend more than $200. Thanks!!!

JBL 600.1 or 300.1

Check em out on eBay, should be well under $200. Other than that, search for Lanzar Opti on eBay, those are decent amps too.

'nuff said.

Fosgate 200watts? is that gonna be enough to power 2 200watt Fosgate punch subwoofers? Rockford are over rated, so Iam thinking atleast 300-400 watts?? Tell me what you think!!

okay i think i found the perfect amp for you. this is the same one i might get. its the Lanzar VIBE 240. RMS=150Wx2 $139 on sale on sound domain which means it will be close to $115 if you can find one on ebay. hope it helps.

Crossfire and Memphis are what i consider low end but very good for the money depending on where you buy them. I believe they are both made by the same company but i have had 3 Crossfire amps and im running 3 memphis amps now with no complaints.

both are good but if you want alot of sq youll need somthing else. Fosgate amps are usually very underrated, as are any good brand usually, like Kicker or JL etc. Id take memphis over crossfire, but somtimes those st-1100ds can get killer hot

if u cant find anything good just get the bigest legasey amp u can find their subs are shit and their amps are just way over rated
but they look pretty cool with no legasey stickers on them cause their huge like a 900 watt 2 channel god dam thats like 500 if that thow

i bought a planet audio 400 watt amp for $235 and it puts out good wattage with a built in variable crossover, phase control, and it looks good too. I have it bridged to an orion 15 xtr series 2 and i cannot turn it up all the way. Speaker rated at 500watts. 5 star amp.

My memphis amps would run hot at first but now they seem fine never shut off on me in the summer or anything. I like them a lot for the money and sound and couldnt ask for more for what i paid for them.

you want to get an amp that will provide more power than your subs can handle, that way you can turn the gain down and preserve the life of your amp rather than straining it all the time

Ive had good results with some cheap amps, like Profile and some Lanzars (new lanzars suck except the 1200d, old Lanzars kick), but other than that, cheap sucks. My old profile Replaced my friends Planet audio... Memphis makes great amps, so if youre looking for just 200-400 watts or so id say Memphis JBL Profile or MTX. Rockford, Alpine, Hifonics and any other good name you can think of are great too but will cost more.
