I have no idea what this means.

He means air bag suspension instead of springs. I've never seen it done but it would be interesting.

What you suggest is sort of like taking a Lamborghini and swapping out the engine for tricycle pedals. Or like the wife using your sharp razor to shave her legs. Or the kids using your good screwdrivers to bust up concrete. Or using a Rembrandt painting to light your fireplace. Or like pissing in the holy water stoups at the local Catholic church. The 3g suspension is among the best ever put into a production car. Why, oh why would you commit such a crime against it?

You could use air struts, basicly air bags for unibody cars. Ive seen them on 4&5 gen but not 3rd gen. It is completly feesable but those are stupid expensive, you'd be lucky to find some from somebody's wreck or abandoned project.
You would need to fabricate a few things to allow enough travel to be worth it and the basic awesome double wishbone susp can stay intact. Bushings would have to have zerk fittings added everywhere, sway bars...I guess those could stay if you only do front and rear dropping and no right to left show off stuff.

If u guys want oem parts, but ur dealer wants top $$, I'd recommend hondapartsnow.com, or if that falls, check bernardiparts.com (bernardi Honda dealer back east). They can source parts from vintage car parts, and they can get things like rear disc, pad springs, etc.
They're also a bit cheaper than my local dealer by a long shot as well.

I can sell mine since I'm on ksports atm, but dunno if it was a mistake just yet...

I've been looking at the ksports as an option. My Toyota pickup had dual Rancho 5000 shocks per tire so I'm use to a stiff ride.

Yes there has been at least one or 2 bagged 3geez. They don't look any different then a lowered 3g just be hat you can raise it up. Cost is about 1500-2k last time I looked into it. It's on my list of things to do to my integra.
