i changed the oil in my accord today and i was putting the oil pan bolt back in and i started it by hand like always and it went in fine... then i tighen it with the socket ... it starts to get tight then just keeps spinning... and its not as tight as it should be and it leaks a little ... what the hell

Go to napa and ask for a drain plug bolt that is self tapping. I did this and it works just fine.

What Mike mentioned is probably an oversized oil pan bolt. It threads itself and is slightly bigger than an OEM bolt. Just make sure you tighten 1/2 turn, then back off 1/4 and keep doing that until it's tight. And use a new washer when the old one is flat and hard. You tend to over tighten the bolt when the washer is old eventually leading to a stripped oil pan bolt threads.

If the bolt on is original Honda, its made up of much softer metal than the metal(threads) of the pan. this is done intentionally so that if you cross thread it or overtighten it, the threads on the bolt will strip thus preventing further damage to the pan threads.
Before putting an oversize thread bolt try putting in an original Honda bolt and new washer. This will mostly work. If not you will need the NAPA thing that previous posts mentioned.
