On tuesday 12/31/02 I took the car to Steve's shop ( my mechanic) to put the headers on.

Wow that header looks nice. I'm putting on my pacesetter header after I spray some alluminum spray paint on them and clena them up. Why didn't you put on a straight pipe dude? That cat looks ugly. :) Got any pics where it shows the headers looking down at them next to the valvecover?

Then, took it to the car wash so it could look nice for the new year!

Yo man, my check engine light came on like you said! and the sometimes when the car is iddleing, it shakes a little and sometimes when I'm accelerating, it feels like no gas is going through the gas lines. You know what I'm talking about????? I checked the light under the driver seat and it blinks one time. That's suppose to be the O2 sensor right? does that sensor make the car do that???

Yo, those factory headers must weight at least 2800 lbs or something! That's some heave shit! :D

bobafett
01-04-2003, 06:00 PM
yep.. its actually like 2850lbs.. now your car weight negative 300lbs.. thats why you can accelerate so much better! :P

yeah the headers are fun, but believe me, in a month you will feel slow again and need another mod... :)

He doesn't bend pipes or anything like that. But I know a place that only specializes on custome pipes. That's where they did my custome pipe for the muffler and welded the muffler too. PM me and I will let ya know! :D

hey Maurice, would that guy be able to bend a stainless 2.25" for my car? I'm only asking b/c you need a stronger bender to bend stainless piping.

Yeah dude. He got all kinds of bending machines! When he did my custom piping, it was a straight pipe and he started to measure and telling me how did I wanted. Next thing you know, it was all done. Just for the records, all of my pipes are 2.25" also.

But Mark, I don't know if you wanna drive like 3 hours to philly just to get that done. :D
