are those the non-flip-up headlights? you should convert to flip-ups ;) lol, but i think it's cool, what springs/coilover's did you lower it with?

Yeah those are non-flip-up light. No, that's not my car... although I bought the lowering springs from the owner of the car in the pic but I haven't got them installed yet. The thread about my car is here: http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11429

hell yeah! That car is bad ass! I think the more I see the "non-flip up" style, the more I'm beginning to like it (a lot). That car is nice as hell! Rick, with the warmer weather, hit ur car with a nice healthy coat of wax, install that bumper lip, and those springs, get a nice set of 15 or 16 inch wheels, and you'll be loving life! Damn, talk to that guy and make sure he signs up to the 3G board as well. It's great to see 3GEEZ extending it's reach overseas.

Yee man! I think you read my mind, 'cause that's just what I want for my car:
- bumper lid
- lowering springs (which I already have)
- bigger wheels

...and the bumpers painted red.

Tällaset madallusjouset on hommattu mutta tossa ne vielä odottelee asennusta.

Eli siis madallusta eteen tulee noin 70-80mm ja takapää laskeutuu noin 60mm. :werd:

Well well well, looks just like my car, even the plates are the same.. I was looking these picts for fun and there it is - my car. I don't know the mark of the springs, but as u can see, they are very-very lowerin, just like Rick said, 60-70mm in front and ~60mm in back..

"Besides the wing and wheels it's nice....." mike that aint a wing, thats a spoiler, now that on your car would be more of a "wing." and what the hell do you use to convert to non stationary headlights?

I mailed Erebumi.com (ground effect maker) and they told me that there is available bodykits for this model in Finland!! Maybe I ask their prices - but my budget is 0€($) in the moment so let's see..

Is it me or have you ever seen any other JDM 3g besides the 4 door and aeroduck? Ive never seen a JDM coupe or hatch(I think hatches where exclusive to the U.S. though)

Hey Vega, you're definitly right about the hatch being an exclusive car to the US and Canada, but if I'm not mistaken, the same rule applies to the Coupe's.

I thought so cause of all the JDM pics ive seen they all been mostly 4 doors and some Aeroducks. I really just asked cause I wanted to know what a coupe would look like with the non-flip ups.

That's correct. No JDM coupes or hatches. Closes you can get is the aerodeck. Also "generally" true for other generation accords, unless it's imported.

The springs were not stock springs.. They were much harder and so on. I think they were -60mm, but in front I think they were cut even from that -60mm, maybe -10mm more or so on. Nowadays I have stock springs and the car is veeeeerry high =) About 70 and 60 mm higher than in those pictures of my car.

That looks a lot like the optional stock bodykit offered for the 2.0i-16 Accords. Check the add below, I skanned it from a finnish TM-magazine (1988). The text in the add says: "16 Valve - Power without delay"

Ok, here's the whole add much bigger. I also did a quick translation of the text, I take it you guys sort of don't read finnish too well!?

Actually the text is really funny!
-------------------------------

16-valve. Power without delay.

Computer controller PGM-F1 fuel injection, 16-valve DOHC engine, 138hp, acceleration 0-100km/h 8.5 sec, top speed 208 km/h.

Honda's crushing success in the Formula-1 world championships is reflected to the new "all motor" (non-turbo) 16-valve Accord. It is the culmination of all Honda's knwoledge. The new 16-valve Accord gives you all the things you require from a car. Honda's state-of-the-art technology gives you torque and power right when you need it, without the turbo lag.

On top of the ferocious performance, the 16-valve Accord is elegant and roomy. It is luxuriously equipped, e.g. stock electrical moon roof, electrical mirrors and windows, central locking, speed-sensing power steering and top of the class heating and defrosting equipment. Optionally the car can be equipped with the new generation anti-locking brakes (ALB).

When the everyday driving and turbo lag bores you, the Accord is the right choice. It brings you new power and real driving comfort. Drive and enjoy.
