Does anyone know what year this headlight came on im looking to use this for my build and I was wondering if its custom? Help?

custom. I've seen a few of these around over the years, not sure who has them anymore.

It's custom just basically a line cut straight and bent down and two side bits welded or fibreglassed nothing special I doubt it even adds much extra air flow to be honest better ways of getting more air into carbs, I haven't anything to mine and they manage just fine, thought about putting some venting above in the bonnet a scoop won't really work as the air flow is deflected above by the front of the hood so would have to be ducting from the front of the bumper where the foglights would go would work. I just have no grille at the front anymore which lets more air into the radiator and into the engine bay.

I have a 86 Si and right where the head light is, is exactly where my cold air intake is so I figured it would be a cool mod and maybe make my air intake breath easier.
