yeah its possible, been done before. you'll need a whole donor car pretty much

custom mounts and wiring will be needed. unless you already have the engine i would just research b series swaps to swap in a b20 or b18 with more torque.

The only reason to swap a D series into an Accord would be the Accord has a bad engine and the D is free to install, including being able to fab everything up for as close to free as possible. A series motors aren't expensive to rebuild, and there are a lot of improvements you can make to them while you have them open.
