Next Northwest Meet

[Nospeed]

So...where are we gonna have it?? 5-9 cars just don't cut it for a "NW" meet. We have to agree on the place this time, and not get selfish on where its gonna be.

Also, name some times in the near future (eg: march, april), but it has to not be in a month, or 2 weeks! We have to have time to mod our cars!! So, name times too!

And end of March, or even after that, works really well for me... I need some time to fix my car (some damage to front driver side), and maybe do something else to it also. I hope I have enough money by then. :(

I was being stupid, I don't even know where Salem is. Is that just south of Portland by several miles? Or is it like the center of Oregon?

I can't believe you Washington guys complaining about how FAR it is, especially you Mike. With the exception of the meet in White Rock, BC, I went to every NW meet you put on. I didn't bitch once. My radiator hose sprang a leak during one of those trips up north, and my radiator decided to clog up during another. Distance never was an issue with me. I wanted to meet other members of the board. If that meant 300 miles round trip..............so what.

salem is about a 30-45 minute drive SOUTH of portland, portland is about 20 minutes south of the washington/portland border. i think portland is a good central place but maybe im just saying that cuz i live there :) and mr89accorlxi if u could come i would looove it but yeah.

i put olympia, cuz i got grandparents that live in seattle(well, a few minutes out) and i could see them and then head down the next day or something. i'd say in april though, cuz the socal meet is supposed to be in march, and i wanna head to that one too, so they can't be too close together...

it was $26 for two last summer at PIR that was one driver and then the passenger/spectator/second driver.....

the break down is 20 for the racer, and 6 for the passenger, and the passenger can race too...

that would be cool for a PIR meet!! I am down for that!! :super:

if coming from oregon take I-5 north. take exit 7 (134th St.) take a right off the ramp. at NE 20th (second light) take a left. it's vista view apartments on the right. 14505 NE 20th Ave. and we're in apartment F-77 (third floor)

if coming from the north take I-5 south, take exit 7 (which is I-205) then take exit 36 (134th St., first exit) take a left off the ramp and then another left at NE 20th ave (first light). apartments on the right about 3/4 mile down the road.

hmm... god I wish I could come! PIR is not a strip it's a Track. So, your not goin to be running 16's against a 12 sec civic. you'll be probly beating his ass in the corners but tailing his ass in the straights... :D

I think Nospeed is working on moving, and I know he was selling his 3g. He was talking about moving to Florida to live with his brother or something, so he might be doing that.
