Thats more then likely vinyl. His corners have circles cut out of them..

Honestly you could make them in a matter of maybe 10 minutes. Talk to Nate (89AccordNate) he may have the color vinyl you're looking for, then when you get it, do a rough trace of the shape of the lens onto a piece of paper, cut out the trace. You'll use that as a template now. Now do whatever design you want on that template and cut that out too. Now just trace your template onto the vinyl then flip the template over and trace on anther sheet of vinyl, cut out the traces, and congratulations, you're 85% closer to a completed product. Now just peel 'n stick it onto the lens and trim off the excess material and you're rollin' pimp'n style. See that wasn't soo hard. Good luck man! Suggestion: please choose something other then circles, that just doesn't go with the angular look of our cars. Just IMO.
