well, i think my auto tranny is finally biting the dust. first gear pretty much went out yesterday. it was barely slipping yesterday morning, and by mid-afternoon it was barely gripping... i also got an oil change at the Honda dealership(too lazy to do it myself and kinda cold out...) and they supposedly check all fluids and top them off..., they didn't say anything about tranny fluid. so, hopefully i'm gettin and old accord from my friend, he said it's a manual and he thinks it's and '89..., i'm hoping it's an LX-i, and i think it's a hatch. so, my question is, do you guys have any tips on the auto -> manual conversion? i have a very limited budget right now, and hopefully i'll be doing the swap sometime next week. any tips would be helpful, thanks
