I picked up a 1988 Honda accord LXi hobby car. It's a fuel injected 2.0, 12 valve with what I thought was going to be a stripped timing belt. I tore the valve cover off to find the cam was locked up and had chewed one of the cam caps and bearing surface in the head. I don't have the means to repair the head. I'm going to have to swap it out.
My question is: Can I put a head from a carb. engine onto my motor and keep my fi intact?

Nudge... Does any one know if the head from the carurated engine can work with the fuel injected car and keep the fuel injection?

I'm no expert, but I would say that as long as you retain the FI inlet manifold, you should be able to use the carby head. It could be worth double checking that the camshafts are the same etc as well.

Can be done. Just save the distributor mounts from your FI head. You'll need them.
