rear suspension problem

I have a relatively serious problem with my rear suspension that I have been trying to tackle for some time now. I have gone through several sets of tires and it is becoming quite expensive. When I go over a bump, along with moving up and down, the rear of the car jerks to the side, wearing the tires in the rear. I had what I believe was the cv joints and control arms replaced, only to find the problem temporarily corrected. A few months afterwards, the problem came back and I have been wearing down tires rapidly ever since. How can I fix the problem, and what could the problem be?

have the front and rear wheel bearings checked out. That along with front lower ball joints and rear upper and lower arms. Any of those can cause excessive tire wear and a shaking in the car too.
