BTW... the gas filler recall... its just a spray of rust shit all over the pipe

Travis UH UH, they are supposed to install a reinforcing plate inside the gas door where they were seperating. that was the problem, call american honda and tell them what you just told me.

really? well is the plate around the filler hole? cuz mine is completely rotted out and they said they cant do it... they gave me a diagram and it was just to spray the pipe

Travis There is a plate that goes over the gas filler hole with a couple of bolt holes in it, thats the point of the repair, to fix the rot damage

Travis you could just cut that whole section out of a wreck, just remove the filler pipe and tank before you weld anywhere around there. it's a pain in the ass, but look at the alternative KABOOM!!
