New Owner 1987 Honda Accord..some questions and issues

I just picked up a 87 Honda Accord as a daily to drive back and forth to work, car was cheap - 400.00 with mint interior, little rust on the body...and 145,000 miles. I am however having some issues..and looking for insight.. as I like others...not very familiar with these carburetor setups..

Car idles high on initial start, if I let it sit long enough, several minutes it will calm down.

Car idles well and drives well when driving.. car has some very bad toque steer when it shifts.. almost like a bad mount or something..

When I shut the car off.. it wants to continue to run/ sputter for about 10 secs and dies.

Initial Start, low speeds I get a terrible belt squeel...

What I have done so far..

-Replaced Vaccum Lines NIGHTMARE!
-Plugs
-Oil Change
-filter
-Previous owner replaced timing belt, waterpump ect

Also, thinking going with a Weber Carb setup will eliminate 90% of my problems. The car looks great so I feel it would be a good investment to go ahead and get one however Weber Carbs Direct stated they didnt have a carb setup for my 87 Accord, but then again Im not 100% sure what motor code I have. I have emailed 4 different sellers and all have stated Weber makes nothing for the 87 accord.

Problem 1: How high does it idle? If it's not ridiculously high, then I'm pretty sure it's a normal thing.

Problem 4: Make sure all your belts are tightened properly, and that none of them are wore out. Also, make sure nothing's leaking onto them, like the power steering pump.

Swapping to a Weber would be a good idea. There aren't any that bolt on directly, but kits are available to adapt one.

They do make a Weber kit for these cars! Main thing is the adapter plates, you can use most any 32/36 or 38 Weber. You can do way with 95% of those vac hoses and a 30 gallon trash can full (literaly) of useless junk from under the hood.

Most people that have used both the 32/36 and the 38 prefer the 38. That's the one I'd go for.

Hi! About high revs on initial start.
My A20A4 engine idles on 1900rpm and dropping slowly in cca 10min, untill it gets warm. So that is normal if it is not above 2k rpm.

There is a solenoid on the carb that's supposed to prevent dieseling at shutoff. Fixing it would be much cheaper than a Weber.
