coil overs

I was thinking about getting some cheapo coil overs

and if i set to 3" drop front and rear, will my car be touching the ground if i just sit in it?

like how much clearence would i have if i drop 3"

BTW, most coilovers except the ground-controls are extreamly stiff, stiffer than regular lowering spirngs. Your going to have bounce.
