Car loses Power

last nigt i was driving my car and when i took off and shifted from first to second all the lights in my car dimed really bad to the point were sometimes my car had no lights at all. It didn't stop till i drove it really slowly and didn't shift hard like i did last night. It really gets bad when i turn my radio on. My radio won't stay on. It also happens when i hit a bump.And also when i jump in the car you can see the lights flicker. Has anyone had these problems before? Thanx for the help!

Thats what i was thinking cuz i just had another motor put in. Any spots i should look at?

Make sure you have your alternator and wiring harness set up right, and also make sure you have your ground cable hooked up from the valve cover bolt to the front near the radiator.

ya.. sometimes mine does the same..
my lights will dim, or my radio willturn off then come back on..
