Only owned 3rd gens, new to the forums!

Hey everybody! My names Tim im new here but it seems like a treasure trove of information! I previously owned an '88 prelude 2.0 si (not 4ws unfortunately.) a family member totalled that so i recently bought an '87 accord dx hatchback! If anyone knows, or could point me in the direction of where i can find some more info on the hatch and also what parts are compatible?!

I had a family member total a car for me once. It was shortly after I splashed out and bought a new transmission for it with money I didn't have. I remember looking inside and seeing the gear shift for the transfer case sitting at an odd angle and thinking, "well, that's that."

lots of parts from honda are cross compatible. the 2nd gen lude and 3rd gen accord shared the same engine series. sounds like you have a nice project in your hands. if you just do basic maintenance these car can run forever.
