A few years ago, I wrecked my sedan after hitting some black ice. I kinda cried for a bit. It was completely bone stock and didn't run so great, but there was just something about it I couldn't get over.

So I puttered around in my friend's old 1998 Dodge Dakota until I could afford my own set of wheels again. Eventually I found this absolute rustbucket of a hatch sitting on the side of the road and thought "fuck it, why not".

Welcome. I was going to say that Hatch looks familiar. Are you also from California? you have a nice car with nice upgrades. If i could have more cars in my property a hatch would be one of them. they are like mini trucks with the reliability of a Honda.

I am from California (Mother Lode area, near Stockton), but right now I'm living in South Carolina. And yeah, I was able to move my wife and basically everything she owned from NC to my house here in one trip. It was awesome.

So glad the old girl is in good hands! Sam has already started improving a bunch of stuff on the car. Can't wait to see that complete OBD-1 conversion!

Update: Finished the OBD1 conversion. Squashing some bugs still but at least she's running. I got the ECU socketed and decided to install a Moates Ostrich2 for tuning purposes.
