engine ground came loose now my ac doesent work even though fixed ground

one happy evening my ac started blowing hot air thought hmm what could it be now opened the hood the ground on the valve cover had come off so took it home reatached but my ac refuses to turn on like its not getting power any suggestions?

Look at the fuse and make sure it's not blown.

yeah may be when the ground came off it made a short and the fse got blown ! ;)
