Cold Air Intake

Can a 1989 Honda Accord (My wife's) be installed with a cold air intake? If yes what brand should she go for?

they only made one kind for the accord and its a short ram its a weapon R but they are around 150. I used a 90-93 Acura integra. I did have to drill out the hole and take off my front bumper to make it work but it came out awesome.

Couldn't you essentially make one cheaper with the spectre parts from advanced auto. I know I did on my 96 civic.
