front lip still work

ok i put on my neon lights for under my car an on the grill if you look underneath it you can see a black peice of plastic under it....Well i cut a long retangular peice out around 22'' wide an 1 1/2 '' to hide the front light.....how do you mount em??Well it still work to put a lip on??? :sadwave:
