Need some help with subframe

HEy if you guys that have a chilton or a manul on are cars!
I need to know what tools are involved in changing out the subframe on a 87 accord and if you think its possible to do it with out a lift? Cause my grandpa might fix it and save me some money

There really isnt a subframe on these cars, there are steel beams in the front end but thats about it. Either way im not sure if you could do it without a lift, but maybe if you had the car on jackstands and stuff you should be ok

Any one else have a honda book that would give me a idea whats needed to replace the beams or subframe?
