i just got an accord
it is red with a white leather top on it, i was wondering if i should remove the leather and paint the top red along with the rest of the car when i get it painted?

sorry, but i don't have any pictures

the top is custom
the previous owner had it done when he got the seats reupholstered in white leather

i see ... i dont know ... try to get some pics so we can tell you if we like it or not ... it sounds kinda weird that a red car has a white top ...

lol nate. might be surprised what you'd find down that way. Jacked up accord sittin on nub tires with the kc light rack on the roof and a toolbox strapped to the trunk lid. You never know. :lol

Sounds like you have a ragtop installed. If they aren't installed correctly (rustproofing and such) they can be a big problem.

As far as removing it, its entirely up to you. They look ok if your going for a lowrider showcar style, but other than that I don't care for them much.

i say go all red or all white or one color or somethin that white top is well for lack of a better phrase 'something else'

does the top actually come off? or is it just done in white leather because the seats were done that way?

yeah i'm with cobra... that top looks like crap. I'm sure the actual car looks a bit better just that ms paint doesn't do it justice yatta yatta yatta but damn... that's as ugly as my friends '00 focus...

but seriously... i don't even know how you'd go about removing the leather... i'd hate to see the bill from the body shop if they did it...

That's cool man, im fixin mine up a little bit this weekend (painting the interior)
