1986 Honda Accord LXi - Hatchback

Wanna double check with some experts before I dig in.....
I've got a oil leak, possible multiple oil leaks (loosing 1qt p/200 miles)
1) Timing belt dry, and alternator belt dry.
2) A bit of oil around the distributor.... oil top down over transmission.
3) A bunch of oil around oil pan
4) Rear seal seems to be good.... no clutch slippage.

I notice the drips focused around the drain at the bottom of the timing belt cover (as well as dripping off the the oil pan), but as I said.... timing belt is dry so I don't think it's a main seal. Is it possible that the pan can also deposit oil focused at that same drain area? This part I'm really confused on.... it drips from the front of the engine, yet the internal timing belt is dry..... soooooo, has somebody seen this before?

Whenever i have an oil leak in a car. I spray brake cleaner on the oily engine parts. Then power wash those parts off as long as its not near any electrical components or connectors. Then the area is nice and clean again and you can check daily or in a week and see exactly where the oil is coming from.

As for the oil around the distributor, there is an O ring that very commonly leaks.
