Don't mess with the gaps unless you have the gaping tool... it's only like $0.50 to $1.00 at most.

Man I get about 5 gapping tools at a time because I alaways seem to loose them you use the hole at the top to bend the prong back then you gat it inbetween .039 to .044 also make sure they are all the same gap. If you have irridium plugs be very carefull og the small electrode it breaks easy

That at .039, especialy if your engine is running nice and clean. Over time, the gap is going to grow due to wear. Normally, I think it goes to .050 after one year of use. Not sure how many miles, just my experience.

...but when I bought my Bosch 2's they said that they don't need to be gapped. I didn't put 'em in yet, but should I gap 'em?

They're the one's with the 2 prongs.

i've read, always check the gap. you never know if it's actually right. we bought my friend some new plugs to get his car running, and two of the plugs had a slightly smaller gap than the other two(maybe .01-2 smaller, but still...). they could've mixed them up when putting them in.., just check it to make sure

I always check them as well even if they are pregapped. I also pull mine out once in a while and check the gaps and the condition of them.
