I read somewhere in Honda Tec that Neptune was only as good as the tuner and that Chrome had Auto tuning.

Only "auto tuning" I could even think of would be a partial throttle that would just make afr's to 14.7. You still are going to need a tuner to tune the car esp with boost. Do more research my friend.

honestly it all depends on the tuner and what tuning software they are good at. any good tuner should be able to tune with anything. So far i had my car tuned on EC tune back in 2007. When I did my swap in 2011 I used chrome because it was what my tuner used. Now I have Hondata S300 because Im going to turbo and that is what my tuner told me. I also got to speak with some of the hondata employees at car shows and they really know their stuff.
