Electric windows

Hello , i have a probelm with electrick windows, car was standing for few years ,and electric windows when i try to open them they are moving very slow and i have to use my hands to help them to close up, maybe any one have a idea what to do ?

Silicone spray where the window slides in on the edges will definitely help.
