Florida no longer has emissions testing ( )

Illinois has testing, but only in certain areas/counties, mostly Chicago and suburbs. I don't have my papers anymore for the specs though

Texas only has emissions in 4 counties, just in the big cities.

Connecticut stopped testing and is planning to have service stations do it now but i dont know if they are willing to do it. I talked to one shop and he said no because they have to pay for all the equipment and also his customers would expect to pass even if they failed. Its gonna be a big scam going to a garage. Before the state stations you could pass some money over and get you sticker and be on you way....So none of my cars have been tested as they were due last July but they stopped in late june.

Ca emissions is one of the worst in the US. Now that I live in GA I found out that GA is using the same emissions system as CA is...

Yeah GA really does suck, in more than one instance.

Their teen driving laws are also some of the harsh(est) in America, which sucks...
